- Our customer success manager will be working on-site to create a shared understanding around the routines and features.
- Training event and workshop for the larger team that will be using the software

We want to make sure that you get full support for all your needs. Each customer will get a customer success manager that will help you with questions and guidance. You will also get a personal Slack channel were you can raise issues that we respond rapidly to.

We provide and API and will help you with any integration with your ELN/LIMS or other software.
We provide neat tools for uploading and importing historic data. Basically any data that can be represented in a table format can be entered in the system. We also help with migrating old databases.
Yes, we build custom features, please contact us for price. In most cases the custom features and tools would be valuable to other users and we will include it in our road map without any additional costs

What does the future have in store for Bionamic
Bionamic is constantly adapting to the costumer needs and there is still a lot of potential to unlock with our offerings. We are working hard to eliminate data barriers by streamlining data entry and linking metadata with physical samples. In addition to these improvements, we are also working on developing a more general model for protein sequences based on statistical probabilities. This model will allow researchers to more accurately predict the function and structure of proteins based on their amino acid sequences. We are committed to removing barriers to scientific discovery and innovation, and this new model will be a valuable tool in that pursuit. With a dedicated user base that offers valuable insights, we are confident that our roadmap will guide us in the right direction.
