Support

We follow a 4 step process for commissioning and onboarding.  

  1. Identify champions and pilot project to build momentum.
  2. Our customer success manager will be working on-site to create a shared understanding around the routines and features.
  3. Training event and workshop for the larger team that will be using the software
  4. Help with importing legacy data and integration of other software like ELN etc.

We want to make sure that you get full support for all your needs. Each customer will get a customer success manager that will help you with questions and guidance. You will also get a personal Slack channel were you can raise issues that we respond rapidly to.

Pricing

Bionamic is a software as a service (SaaS) with an annual subscription. We also provide on-premise.

Product

We provide and API and will help you with any integration with your ELN/LIMS or other software. 

We provide neat tools for uploading and importing historic data. Basically any data that can be represented in a table format can be entered in the system. We also help with migrating old databases. 

Yes, we build custom features, please contact us for price. In most cases the custom features and tools would be valuable to other users and we will include it in our road map without any additional costs

We have many experienced bioinformaticians working at Bionamic and are happy to help with any service and support beyond what is included in our software upon request.
